First Kidz Ltd is strictly trade only website. We only sell to trade customers and not to general public.
Welcome to First Kidz ltd – wholesale website that sells childrens and Adults character clothing, accessories & home wear.
ACCESSING THE WEBSITE:
To have access to this website and prices you will need to register. You can click on register on top right side of home page to register. The personal/business information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete.
Once you register our admin team will approve your account.
ORDERS:
Once you have placed an order you will receive an automatic email order acknowledgement. Goods will be dispatched once payment is made and cleared. All goods remain the property of First Kidz Ltd until paid in full. We may contact you by phone or email regarding your order. Any order information and update will be sent to your email.
Third party will come in contact with some of your data where necessary to fulfil your order (like delivery companies and payment providers).
Claims for damaged items goods or shortages must be informed to us in writing or email within 3 working days of you receiving the goods. Your claim will not be recognised if you don’t inform us after this time.
Carriage cost and VAT are not included in the price, these will be added where applicable at the checkout.
PRE-ORDER:
Pre-order item are future products that may come in stock. You can order pre-order products to secure the products you want, once it comes in stock we will send it out once it is free delivery (£350.00)
Pre-order items must be paid in full at the checkout & will be then reserved by us, will not be refunded if the customer changes their mind.
Our store is hosted on Godaddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows
us to sell our products and services to you.
